Spring, Reimagined: Common Thread Films x Lark & Lemon Cleaning Co.

There’s something about spring that invites a reset.

Windows open a little wider. Light lingers a little longer. And suddenly, the spaces we live in feel ready for something new.

That feeling sat at the heart of a recent collaboration between Common Thread Films and Lark & Lemon Cleaning Co.—a spring campaign designed to reframe cleaning as something more than a chore. Something softer. More intentional.

Known for their plant-based, beautifully scented cleaning products, Lark & Lemon is built on the idea that a clean home should feel as good as it looks by combining natural ingredients with elevated, sensory-driven experiences.

The campaign brought that philosophy to life through a series of social-first videos—capturing quiet, seasonal moments: sunlight on kitchen counters, the rhythm of resetting a space, the subtle luxury of scent filling a room.

For Common Thread Films, whose work is rooted in storytelling and connection, the approach was simple: find the feeling first.

Rather than focusing on product features alone, the visuals leaned into atmosphere: soft movement, natural light, and intimate details that mirror the emotional shift that comes with spring. It’s less about “cleaning,” and more about what cleaning creates: clarity, calm, and a sense of beginning again.

The result is a campaign that feels both grounded and elevated—where brand storytelling meets lived experience. Check out the launch of their Spring Scent here:
