Our mission
Storytelling that Connects
I’m Kait, Founder of Common Thread Films. My career started at companies like HuffPost, Yahoo!, and Blue Ant Media, where I worked everything from on-camera talent to lead producer. Now running my own agency, I am able to work on unique projects that matter to me: helping local non-profits amplify their impact, while also creating content for brands like HelloFresh and John Frieda.
Here’s what I have learned over the years: great videos are made possible long before we roll camera. Sound preparation means we anticipate what you’ll need, prepare for the unexpected, and then create an environment where you can relax and be yourself. That formula, combined with experience across every stage of production and access to incredible videographers and editors I have trusted for years, means you get a stress-free process and natural, genuine results that connect with your audience.
I genuinely love this work. And I think that energy shows up on screen. If this sounds like the right fit, I’d love to hear about what you’re working on.
